With over 20 years of experience, I’ve trained clients of all ages and abilities — from athletes and obstacle course competitors to beginners, seniors, teens, kids, and those rehabbing injuries. I specialize in safe, effective strength training, with a strong focus on proper form and long-term results.
I’m especially passionate about weight training for women 35+, supporting hormonal health, bone density, and confidence. Nutrition is a key part of my coaching — I help clients eat enough, prioritize protein, and build sustainable habits without restrictive dieting.
I adapt my coaching style to fit each individual — whether you need tough motivation or encouragement — and I value client feedback to ensure clarity, progress, and results. As a homeschooling mom navigating perimenopause and mental health challenges, I understand how hard showing up can be.
